OH HAPPY DAY
SKYLAR + MATT
TEMPLE, TX
Some weddings feel like they were always meant to happen in a place surrounded by nature, and Skylar & Matt's celebration was exactly that. The couple chose a secluded venue in Temple, TX for their special day. The bride walked down an aisle lined with hanging mason jars filled with wildflowers and they said I Do with a beautiful pond as a backdrop, underneath the shade of a large oak tree.
With a relaxed bohemian aesthetic and thoughtful family-centered details, their wedding was the perfect blend of effortless beauty and meaningful moments.
After the ceremony, guests entered the open air reception area where they were greeted with a breeze off the pond. Wildflower arrangements displayed in an eclectic collection of vintage jewel toned vases and bottles, created a colorful yet organic atmosphere throughout the venue. Combined with tan linens, sage runners and cedar wood rounds, these rustic centerpieces added a natural texture that complemented the surrounding landscape and tied together the boho-inspired design.
Guests young and old were invited to fish off the pond and celebrate into the night.
